Our standard rental packages can be configured online, with the available specifications, rental period, delivery and return timings, optional extras, rental fee and refundable security deposit shown as you go.

For bulk quantities, customised specifications or longer-term business requirements, you can also submit a Corporate / Custom Enquiry and we’ll assist from there.

Yes. Playforce offers selected Apple iMac rentals in Singapore, including iMac M1 and newer Apple silicon models, subject to the current rental fleet.

iMac rental is suitable for temporary workstations, events, business use and project requirements.

Yes. Playforce supports long-term laptop rental and laptop leasing in Singapore for businesses, organisations and projects that need devices for a longer period.

For corporate laptop leasing, bulk laptop rental, customised specifications or longer rental periods, you can submit a Corporate / Custom Enquiry with your requirements, quantity and preferred rental dates, and we’ll help work out a suitable arrangement.

It considers the apps, games and type of usage you select and matches them to suitable devices in Playforce’s rental fleet.

Verification documents are required as part of the rental process.

For individual rentals, you’ll need to provide the requested identification and a recent Proof of Address during checkout.

Corporate customers renting one or two devices can also use our standard online rental checkout for convenience. You can complete the standard verification using your NRIC and Proof of Address, and let us know if the invoice should be issued under your company.

For larger quantities, custom specifications, longer-term arrangements or company-specific requirements, you can submit a Corporate / Custom Enquiry and we’ll assist with the next steps.

A refundable security deposit applies to selected rental devices.

The Rental Fee and Refundable Security Deposit are shown separately before checkout, so you can review the full amount payable before completing your rental.

Before every rental, we document the device’s condition for reference. Normal signs of everyday use, such as light cosmetic scratches, are perfectly fine. Once the device is returned, we’ll carry out a quick post-rental check and refund your security deposit in full within 3 business days of completing the check.

Playforce provides scheduled rental delivery and return across Singapore. You can select your preferred delivery and return timing when configuring your rental.

Same-day online checkout is available before 3pm, subject to device and delivery availability. Same-day delivery can start from 3pm–5pm, with the earliest available timing depending on when your rental is placed and the remaining delivery slots for the day.

Only the delivery timings available for your rental will be shown during checkout.

For same-day rental requests after 3pm, you can contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll check if an arrangement is still possible.

You can use Track My Rental to view the latest status and progress of your Playforce rental order.

Enter your order number and the email address used for the rental to access your order. From there, you can request help with rental extensions, delivery or collection, address or order changes, payment enquiries, device issues and other rental-related matters.

Your order details are included when you proceed to WhatsApp, so we can assist with the correct rental more quickly.

Yes. You can request a rental extension through Track My Rental.

Open your order and select Rental Extension, and your order details will be included when you proceed to WhatsApp.

We recommend submitting your request before the rental end date so we can check the additional period and confirm the extension with you. Extensions are subject to device availability.

Yes. You can request changes through Track My Rental by opening your order and selecting the relevant enquiry option.

You can ask for help with delivery or collection arrangements, address changes and other order-related matters. We’ll check what can be arranged based on the current rental status and delivery schedule.

If you experience an issue with your rented laptop, MacBook or iPad, let us know and we’ll help you with the next step.

Open your order through Track My Rental, select Issue With Order, and provide a short description of the issue. Your order details will be included when you proceed to WhatsApp.

We’ll review the issue with you and assist with troubleshooting or an exchange where required and available.

Please remove your personal files and sign out of your accounts before returning the device.

After return, rental devices are reset and prepared for the next customer, with customer data removed as part of the preparation process.

For MacBook and iPad rentals, please also sign out of your Apple ID and disable Find My before returning the device.

For bulk laptop rental, corporate laptop leasing, customised specifications or longer-term rental requirements, you can submit a Corporate / Custom Enquiry.
